Can I visit the sanctuary without staying overnight?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but visits are by booking only.
 The Taiga is not open for drop-in visits. Guests can visit through scheduled Sunday day visits, overnight stays in one of our suites, or by booking a private experience. All visits must be booked in advance to protect the animals and ensure a calm, intentional environment.

Are children allowed at The Taiga?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with clear restrictions.
 Cedar Suite and Luna Suite are adults-only (18+).
 The Cove Suite is best suited for families and guests visiting with children.
 Children are welcome during day visits when supervised by an adult at all times. These guidelines help ensure safety, respect for the animals, and a peaceful experience for all guests.

Are pets allowed at The Taiga?

Yes, but only in one specific accommodation.
 • Pets are permitted in the Cove Suite only
 • Cedar Suite and Luna Suite are strictly pet-free
 • Pets must be pre-approved and declared at booking (+$50 cleaning fee applies)

Is there somewhere to cook food during our stay?

Outdoor fire pits and BBQs are available year-round.

Cedar Suite and Luna Suite offer a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker (hotel-style setup).

The Cove Suite includes a kitchenette with the ability to cook and is ideal for longer stays or families.

Question 8

Can I book the Treehouse?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with limitations.
 At this time, the Treehouse is available for day use only while we await final permits from the town.
It cannot be booked as a standalone or overnight accommodation. The Treehouse may be added as an exclusive private day-use amenity when you book an overnight stay in one of our guest suites, subject to availability.
Once permits are approved, overnight stays will be announced.
